Heat Pump Installation in Cape Cod
Heat Pump Installation Designed for Your Cape Cod Home
A well-designed heat pump system starts with an in-home assessment, not a one-size-fits-all equipment recommendation. Monomoy Mechanical provides residential heat pump installation across Cape Cod, guiding homeowners through system selection, permitting, installation, testing, and a final walkthrough.
We’re locally owned and operated, and our team members were born and raised on Cape Cod. Since 2023, we’ve served communities throughout the region with more than 30 years of combined HVAC experience. We’re licensed and insured for the work we perform.
Call (508) 623-6952 to schedule an in-home assessment and discuss heat pump installation in Cape Cod.
Our Heat Pump Installation Process
During the initial assessment, we evaluate the home’s insulation, airflow, and heating and cooling load requirements. These requirements reflect how much heating or cooling the property needs under expected conditions. Our findings help us recommend a system suited to the home’s construction and your comfort goals.
Our installation process includes:
- System selection: We explain appropriate equipment and configuration options based on the assessment.
- Permitting and compliance: We handle required permits and applicable installation requirements.
- Professional installation: Our crew installs the selected indoor and outdoor equipment.
- Testing and walkthrough: We test the completed system and explain how to operate it before leaving.
Most installations are completed in a single day. Complex layouts and multi-unit systems may require more time, so we provide the expected timeline before work begins.

For 2026, qualifying whole-home systems can receive $2,650 per ton of installed capacity, up to $8,500 per home. The system must serve as the home’s sole source of heating and cooling and appear on the Heat Pump Qualified Products List. Qualifying partial-home supplemental installations can receive $1,125 per ton, also capped at $8,500 per home.
We offer 0% financing to qualified homeowners and help customers access the Mass Save HEAT Loan. In 2026, the program provides qualifying heat pump projects with 0% interest financing up to $25,000. Approval and available financing depend on program qualifications.
