He immediately identified the problem and provided a temporary solution so that the AC was restored by the end of his visit. He also scheduled a follow-up visit to complete the permanent repair. The service was great, the customer service in scheduling the appointment was friendly and informative (thank you, Monica), and I appreciated the excellent communication on arrival time and invoice.
