Timely, reliable, and responsive! Messaged Monomoy Mechanical after hours when our AC compressor stopped working. Within minutes, I was able to get scheduled for the next morning. They even sent a tracker link (like they use for DoorDash) so I could see how many minutes until they were going to arrive. David was able to quickly identify the problem and got my system back running promptly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend if you are having an emergency. They will actually show up (unlike other companies) and they got the job done at a reasonable rate!

Tim was wonderful! My AC stopped working, and Tim was able to get to the house the same day I called—and this is in the middle of a summer heat wave! He immediately identified the problem and provided a temporary solution so that the AC was restored by the end of his visit. He also scheduled a follow-up visit to complete the permanent repair. The service was great, the customer service in scheduling the appointment was friendly and informative (thank you, Monica), and I appreciated the excellent communication on arrival time and invoice. I highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs in South Yarmouth.

When the work was completed, you could have eaten off the floor it was so clean. We Are Very Pleased With the Install Apr 21, 2026

We recently had a Fujitsu mini-split system installed by Monomoy Mechanical of Yarmouth, MA, and we are very pleased with the install and performance of the Fujitsu equipment. Jason Houle was our contact from beginning to end. Jason was extremely helpful in the process, he answered all of our questions and was able to arrange the install on a day we had asked for. Dustin and Dave were the installers and made short work of the job. They were able to work the line set through the attic as we asked and were very considerate of protecting our floors by laying down drop cloths and cleaned up as they worked from room to room. Once the job was done they walked me through the functionality of the system, the do's and don'ts, and the things to look out for. We had reached out to 3 other companies in and around the Dennisport area for quotes and that's mostly what we got, just quotes. Monomoy was really great in answering any questions about pros and cons before we had even put down a deposit and when you call the company, there was a person that actually answers the phone and she was very polite and helpful.
