Tim was wonderful! My AC stopped working, and Tim was able to get to the house the same day I called—and this is in the middle of a summer heat wave! He immediately identified the problem and provided a temporary solution so that the AC was restored by the end of his visit. He also scheduled a follow-up visit to complete the permanent repair. The service was great, the customer service in scheduling the appointment was friendly and informative (thank you, Monica), and I appreciated the excellent communication on arrival time and invoice. Incredible service! Matthew was a pleasure to work with. We weren't home, but he took pictures of the AC problem and communicated it clearly.
